Who is eligible for program services?
Community Volunteer opportunities for youth and adults to participate in the promotion of tobacco free communities are open in the following areas:
- Tobacco-free outdoor eating areas
- ASAP [Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention] Coalition of community members and local organizations to promote tobacco prevention
Tobacco Education materials are available at no cost to community members. Information on tobacco laws in California is also available to community members and organizations.
Tobacco Quit Kits are available at no cost for youth and adults who are ready to quit tobacco use. The kits include referral information to the California Helpline.
What are the eligibility criteria?

Quit Kits are available to any resident who is interested in quitting.
